Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you have placed an order in error, please contact info@nativeceuticals.com as soon as possible, and as long as the order has not shipped we will do our best to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped we can not cancel your order.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays may receive a reply the following Monday.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes approx 5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. If you are unhappy with your item or it is not working for you we also accept returns within 14 days of when you receive the product in the mail. The customer must cover shipping costs for this return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
